Warranty Information

How to fill out and submit warranty claims:
 

  • Start a work order/service document at time of failure.

  • Call Zenith Power Products with parts request and provide work order number. Parts will be invoiced to you.

  • Complete the repair. 

  • Work order must include:

    • Customer Complaint

    • Cause

    • Correction

    • Parts Purchased (including parts purchased from Zenith Power Products)

    • Labor hours

  • Email warranty@zenithpp.com with completed claim. No later than 30 days after repair. Also include:​​

    • Work Order​

    • End user engine invoice
