How to fill out and submit warranty claims:

Start a work order/service document at time of failure.

Call Zenith Power Products with parts request and provide work order number. Parts will be invoiced to you.

Complete the repair.

Work order must include:

Customer Complaint
-
Cause
-
Correction
-
Parts Purchased (including parts purchased from Zenith Power Products)
-
Labor hours
-

Email warranty@zenithpp.com with completed claim. No later than 30 days after repair. Also include:

Work Order
-
End user engine invoice
-
Warranty SRT
